Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
Effective 14 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the ConstructorPro apps and website ("ConstructorPro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ConstructorPro.
1. The service
ConstructorPro helps you record construction expenses, receipts and deposits. For each building the owner chooses whether the records are kept in the app or in Google Sheets and Google Drive under the owner's Google account. Features may change as we improve the app.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The owner is responsible for the worker accounts they create, for who they give access to, and for removing workers who should no longer have it.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- Every business can use ConstructorPro free for one building. ConstructorPro Pro lets the business add unlimited buildings. It costs $10 a month or $100 a year; the price in your currency is shown before you buy and may include taxes.
- Pro is bought by the owner and covers the whole business, including its workers.
- In the app, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds for purchases in the app are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: your buildings and entries stay available, but adding buildings beyond the free plan needs Pro again.
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and the store will ask for your consent where required.
4. Your Google account and data
- Connecting Google is optional. By connecting it you allow ConstructorPro to act on your Google Sheets and Drive as described in our Privacy Policy, including on behalf of your workers.
- Your spreadsheets, photos and entries belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the service.
- Receipt photos uploaded to Google Drive by the app are shared as "anyone with the link can view" so they can appear in the sheet.
- The app expects the sheet layout it creates. If the tabs or header row are renamed or moved, the app may stop reading or writing that sheet. Changes made directly in Google Sheets are your responsibility.
- Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ConstructorPro to break the law, to store content you have no right to use, to access another person's account or data without permission, to interfere with or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
6. Not financial advice
ConstructorPro is a record-keeping tool. Totals and balances are calculated from the entries you record. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important figures against your records and original receipts.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ConstructorPro available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Buildings kept in Google Sheets also depend on Google services that we do not control. We may change, suspend or stop features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes when we can.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ConstructorPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of ConstructorPro. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 10 Kuwaiti dinars if you paid nothing.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using ConstructorPro and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Spreadsheets and photos in your Google Drive remain there after your account ends.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use ConstructorPro after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store
If you downloaded ConstructorPro from the Apple App Store, these terms also apply, and they prevail over anything above that conflicts with them:
- Acknowledgement. This agreement is between you and the developer of ConstructorPro only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for ConstructorPro and its content.
- Scope of licence. You receive a non-transferable licence to use ConstructorPro on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. The developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for ConstructorPro, as described in these terms or as required by law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
- Warranty. The developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If ConstructorPro fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the developer's sole responsibility.
- Product claims. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to ConstructorPro or your possession and use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property rights. If a third party claims that ConstructorPro or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer name and address. Questions, complaints or claims about ConstructorPro go to the developer: Abdulaziz Alfarhan, State of Kuwait. Email info@ma3lomatkw.com.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using ConstructorPro, for example your wireless data service agreement.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
